How can I subscribe to an APs?  

To subscribe to the API, simply log in to your user account.

2 cases:

  • If you are a Manitou group customer, the connection is automatic.

  • If you are an external service provider, a user account (service account) must be created in advance by your client.

What is the progress of my ticket?  

Once you have submitted a ticket in our ASSIST ticketing tool, a notification is sent by email to inform you of the progress of the processing of your request, until its resolution.

Using the service

What is the progress of my subscription to the API?

You will find the progress of the status of your request in your user account in the 'State' column.

  • Rejected: your subscription request is refused, you do not meet all the conditions to use this API

  • Canceled: your subscription request is canceled, you can no longer use this API

  • Active: your subscription is compliant, you can use the API

  • Submitted: your subscription request is being processed

  • Suspended: your subscription is suspended, in that case, you can ask the customer service for the reason

Can I use my own template on my website to build the machine / attachment pages?

Of course, you own your tools and have your own design. The Manitou group offers APIs to facilitate and simplify the sharing of its data, according to the defined conditions of use. The design is defined by the API user.

Can I host the data from the API on my own website?

The terms of use of the APIs are defined in each technical documentation provided with the API. For optimum service, it is important to respect these terms and conditions. Each API is monitored.

How can I get the evolutions on my API?

Regularly, some developments may be proposed to complete the current API. In this case, you will be informed by email on your email address entered in the user profile.   

When do we get the new version?

Each new version will be communicated by email to the email entered in your user account.
In the case of a minor version, you can continue to use the current version by integrating the new features or not.
In the case of a major version, we will inform you by email, with 6 months' notice, of the end of maintaining the previous version.

Close the service  

How to close a subscription to an API?

To close a subscription to an API, simply click on 'Cancel' on the line of the API concerned in your user profile.
This operation is final, to use this API again, you will need to make a new subscription request.

How to close a subscription to an API?

To close your account on the API Store, simply click on ‘Close account’ in your user profile.
This operation is final, by closing your account, all the subscriptions to APIs will be closed.
